You’ll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties and Responsibilities

General

  • Develop a positive personal business relationship with all customer.
  • Regularly demonstrate and promote Milwaukee products.
  • Identify and secure new business.
  • Present new products and obtain core range acceptance with your customers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of all customers in your account.
  • Organize and attend trade days and exhibitions.
  • Effectively present and sell the Milwaukee advantage to users.
  • Develop a positive personal business relationship with all customers.
  • Identify major users of Power Tools and Accessories and make contact, in order to promote our products.
  • Drive in-field conversions, trialing of new product and increasing brand awareness.
  • Organize and attend trade days and exhibitions.
  • Complete and take part in product training as required.
  • Identify major users of power tools and accessories and make contact in order to promote our products.
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
  • Plan steadily and arrange work efficiently.
  • Schedule working appointments and respond promptly.
  • Meeting sales targets as set by the management.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

Market Research

  • Analyze market needs, develop account strategies and convey to the management.

 Sales Correspondences

  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Ensure all incoming letter must be replied in a short time. The letter should be tactful, simple in language, helpful and every customer must feel that this enquiry is being considered.
  • Ensure all quotations for the supply of products should be sent on time. If the promises cannot be kept with regard to delivery date or other matters, the customers should be informed immediately and whenever practicable reasons for the delay should be given.

Report

  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.

Others

  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Work closely with other department to help build the brand.
  • Other ad-hoc job assigned from time to time.

 

 


Job Qualifications

The Skills You’ll Bring with You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Relevant Engineering Background is required
  • At Least have 1 years End User sales experience
  • Experience selling value add solutions and products to the End Users
  • Hands on experience with tools is desirable
  • Passionate about sales
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • A positive, confident, and proactive individual who can work with high levels of enthusiasm
  • A go getter with an attitude to outperform and deliver excellent results continuously
  • Ability to seek out and convert opportunities - must have a "hunter" mentality
  • Confident and engaging in demonstrating and presenting to groups, using your technical knowledge of tools
  • High level of autonomy - must be highly self-organized and motivated
  • Strong negotiating, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite and experienced with reporting
  • Structured, methodical and strategic mind set coupled with an ability to "just get the job done".

  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
