Registration Procedure

To register the warranty, please prepare below documents:
1. Purchased Product
2. Purchase Receipt or invocie (showing purchase date and product name)

REGISTER FOR WARRANTY

Stay informed every step of the way with SMS, email, and portal updates.

Step 1 Visit Milwaukee website Visit the Milwaukee Tool Singapore website and navigate to the Service Section. Select "Warranty Registration'.

Step 2 Log in / Register your Milwaukee Member Account. Follow the process to verify your phone number and complete the registration. *If you already have an account, please log in to continue with the warranty registration.

Step 3 FILL IN PRODUCT INFORMATION, UPLOAD PURCHASE RECEIPT FILL IN PRODUCT INFORMATION. Click CONFIRM and press Next *You can find the receipt number and product model on the receipt, and the product serial number on the product label of your tool.

Step 4 ADD ANOTHER PRODUCT" TO REGISTER ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS Click "ADD ANOTHER PRODUCT to register additional products. Reminder: If you have purchased a Combo Kit, make sure you have registered the batteries, charger and the tool!

Step 5 CLICK "SUBMIT" TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION Check the information you filled in, upload, or take a photo of your receipt. Click SUBMIT to complete the registration process.

STEP 6 CHECK APPROVAL STATUS ON "VIEW MY CASES" PAGE Click SUPPORT > VIEW MY CASES to check the approval status.

Milwaukee Tool (Singapore) Pte Ltd provides limited warranty for all new Milwaukee cordless tools and power equipment:

2-Year Warranty or 3 Repairs (Whichever Comes First)
Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use when serviced at authorized Milwaukee Heavy Duty Centers.
Excludes Wear & Tear Parts
Items such as seals, hoses, carbon brushes, bearings, buttons, filters, and other consumables are not covered. Repairs for these will be chargeable.
Covered Components
Key parts like armature, field coil, switch, PCB, battery, and charger are generally covered under the warranty.
Repaired Tools
Warranty for repaired units is 1 month from delivery.
Products Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to the following product categories: accessories, hand tools, and PACKOUT™.

Please ensure tools are used as instructed in the user manual. Warranty claims must be supported with valid proof of purchase.
