You’ll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Perform Routine Repairing
  •  To perform diagnostics, maintenance, installation, and repairs power tools while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time constraints.
  • Tests power tools and communicates issues to superior; conduct additional repair work as advised by superiors.
  • Uses approved diagnostic equipment to ensure diagnostics, testing and repairs are thorough and to highest quality.
  • Analysis and interpretation of testing result data.
  • Troubleshooting when results fall out with the expected ranges.
  • To assist dealers or customers in technical solution and problem solving.
  • To install, test and provide instructions to the client on the proper use of the power tools products.

 

  1. Inventory and Spare Parts 
  • To monitor inventory of power tools, spare parts and equipment.
  • Replaces parts and components and keep details, organized records of all repair work done on each power tools.

 

  1. Reports 
  • To produce timely and detailed daily service report.

 

  1. Training 
  • To assist in power tool training for authorized service center and dealer.

 

  1. Others 
  • Maintains a working knowledge and works to enhance and improve that knowledge with new power tools models and new industry standards, practices and technologies.
  • Keeps work area clean, neat, and to company standards, especially to ensure safety of all team members.
  • To build positive relationship with dealers and customer.
  • Other ad-hoc job assigned from time to time.


Job Qualifications

The Skills You’ll Bring with You

  • Working knowledge of all equipment used in the field.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams.
  • Experience with basic power tools and diagnostic tools.
  • Communication skills – both written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Attention to detail. Precision is essential in this role; the smallest details have to be noted and acted upon when necessary. Must also follow the SOPs for testing and calibration of equipment in an extremely strict manner.
  • Coordination skills – to conduct tests in strict adherence to SOPs and protocols.
  • Analytical skills – able to take raw test data and analyze it accurately, reaching sound conclusions, able to critically analyze problems and come up with innovative solutions when required.
  • Team working – must work closely with colleagues to define testing routines, protocols, and schedules.
  • Computer savvy
