You’ll Be DISRUPTIVE Through These Duties and Responsibilities

1. Admin

  • Perform administrative and office support activities, included but not limited to maintain proper records of company asset, purchase of office grocery, stationery, office related equipment and etc.
  • Monitor payment processing on all administration related matters, inclusive office rental, utility bills etc. on a timely basis.
  • Ensure update of record and proper documentation.
  • Handling all front office administration and operation, such as answering calls, distributing faxes/ letters and so on.
  • Assist in hotel booking and transport arrangement for employee’s business trip.
  • Assist in distribute welcome kits to new joiner, and to collect all company’s property from resigned employee.
  • Arrange employee communication and welfare such as meetings, employee social events and activities, birthday celebration, company’s dinner etc.
  • Manage other general clerical & administrative tasks.

2. Service

  • Assist in issue invoice and all other warranty service related documents.
  • Update demo tool listing.
  • Assist superior in managing Purchase Order (PO) and inventory control.
  • Provide backup as HDC Specialist when necessary.

3. Supply Chain & Finance

  • Manage Stock Transfer Requisition.
  • Scan and send all documents received from warehouse to Malaysia Supply Chain/Finance team.
  • File and maintain employee claims.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.


Job Qualifications

  • At least Diploma in all fields of study.
  • 3-4 years related working experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to details and multitasking.
  • Able to communicat in Mandarin.
